Shorepine Village:
Meander down to Shorepine Village where 1/3 of our rental homes exist. Shorepine Village features unique paved biking paths, private beach access and a wooden boardwalk. Residents and guests of Shorepine Village get to enjoy the on-site clubhouse featuring a billiard table and fitness center. Shorepine Village is an excellent choice for family reunions and vacations, the private cul de sacs and protective dune make a safe and enjoyable environment.
Pacific Seawatch:
The most premier location for vacation homes is in the hills of Pacific City called Seawatch. Residents and guests of Seawatch enjoy unparralleled views from the mouth of the Big Nestucca River all the way to the top of Cape Kiwanda. Enjoy a birds eye view of the estuary and city beneath you. Located in Seawatch and available only to guests and residents of Seawatch is the clubhouse. One of the only indoor pools in Pacific City will be found here. You can also enjoy the indoor Jacuzzi, an outdoor sun patio, top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and top off your day with a round of mini-golf.
Nestucca Ridge:
Located on the East side of Cape Kiwanda Drive, Nestucca Ridge features expansive of paved walking and biking paths.
All of our guests have access to bikes and helmets, complimentary DVD rentals (always with the newest releases), access to fully equipped fitness rooms, and more! Guests staying in Pacific Seawatch have access to the mini-golf course, swimming pool and hot tub.
Each home has the following additional amenities:
