Shorepine Vacation Rentals prides itself on being the preferred management company for Pacific City, Oregon vacation rentals. We pride ourselves on taking the absolute best care of our homes, investments, and renting to highly qualified and carefully screened guests.

All of our employees undergo a thorough background check, a pre-employment drug screen, and undergo random drug screening. We have an in-house maintenance staff filled with seasoned employees, supervised by a director of maintenance, and all are very enthusiastic and skilled! We also have an in-house housekeeping team! No contractors. All of our housekeepers are personally trained in the care of your home, under the supervision of leads and a skilled Director of Housekeeping.
– We offer 24/7 services. We are open, taking reservations, taking care of you, and taking care of guests 24 hours a day. We have someone on-site, ready, and working at all times. Also, since all of our staff are local, we have maintenance available for any emergency, as well as a manager available at all times.
– We are a leader in advertising and are always exploring new ways to market your home. Shorepine Rentals is part of a family of companies, which means not only is our reservationist an ambassador for your home, but every server at the Pelican Pub & Brewery, every realtor from Shorepine Properties, and every barista at Stimulus Espresso Cafe know about Shorepine and are sending us referrals!
– We host a comprehensive website with professional photos of your home, accurate availability of your home, and an easy way for guests to reserve your home!
– We employ an external marketing team. They manage our Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click campaigns, and our website design and development. While we have staff in-house that have great experience in these areas, we know when it’s time to bring in the professionals to generate optimal online exposure and drive reservations.
